Lors du chauffage et de la fusion, les mat\u00e9riaux en caoutchouc lib\u00e8rent <strong>fum\u00e9e blanche, odeurs fortes et COV \u00e0 faible concentration<\/strong> qui peuvent facilement se disperser dans le milieu environnant s'ils ne sont pas correctement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes d'\u00e9mission et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l'air sur le lieu de travail, de nombreuses usines de caoutchouc utilisent d\u00e9sormais un syst\u00e8me de traitement combinant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants <strong>collecte des gaz, lavage par pulv\u00e9risation d'eau et adsorption sur charbon actif<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article explique fum\u00e9es organiques :<br>- Chauffage et fusion des mat\u00e9riaux en caoutchouc<br>- Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'extrusion et de granulation<br>- \u00c9tapes de refroidissement et de fa\u00e7onnage<br>- Additifs et modificateurs se volatilisant \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<br>Ces processus produiront :<br>- Fum\u00e9e blanche ou \u201cvapeurs de caoutchouc\u201d<br>- Odeurs fortes de caoutchouc<br>- COV tels que les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du benz\u00e8ne et les acides organiques<br>- Particules fines<br>Ces polluants \u00e9tant l\u00e9gers, odorants et mobiles, ils doivent \u00eatre captur\u00e9s et trait\u00e9s efficacement avant d'\u00eatre rejet\u00e9s dans l'atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flux de traitement standard dans les usines de caoutchouc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me typique d'\u00e9puration des gaz d'\u00e9chappement comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<br><strong>Capot de collecte (captage des gaz)<\/strong>: Capture la fum\u00e9e blanche et l'odeur
